Muffins Recipes

There are many ways of doing muffins your recipe may be different in any way from this one but this one is my favorite.

I will show you now how to do strawberry muffin, apple muffins, banana muffins and cherry muffins.

They are all use the same basic recipe the only thing that changes is actually what goes inside of the muffin which certainly does a big difference.

And here are the things we are going to need to start with it:

And that is:

320 grams of flour (approximately, add more if needed)
20 grams baking powder
130 grams of sugar
180 grams butter
250 ml of milk
3 eggs

cherries
apple
bananas
strawberries

Ok so lets get started

1st put all the butter and the sugar on a bowl:

Then mix it, it should look like this:

Add the eggs:

Mix it and then add the milk:

And of course mix it again :)

After that mix the flour with the baking powder and then put it on top of the preparation and (I bet you already know what to do!) yeap that is right! mix it!.

It should now look more or less like this:

It needs to have some consistency, it shouldn't be liquid but neither too solid, if it is too liquid then add more flour, if it is too solid then add some milk.

Next thing is to wash and cut all the fruits you want to use for it, in our case a couple of cherries, an apple, a banana, and some strawberries.

For the bananas you could either just cut it in pieces or smash it, here we did it both ways, but it is really up to you.

Strawberries (my favorites!)

The apple, make sure you put it on water otherwise it will get brown (oxided):

Now get your recipients ready, make sure you put enough butter on them

Now the fun part! first put some of your preparation on the recipient not too much 20% or 25% of the recipient like in the picture:

Next the fruit you want to put inside your muffin like in the pictures (they are in this order:banana, cherry, smashed banana, apple, strawberries)

Muffins Recipes
Once you have all your recipients done take them to the fridge for 20 or 30 minutes.

And then to the oven 180 Degrees Celsius for 20 or 30 minutes, you will see when they are done, don't burn them.

Now take them outside the oven and the recipients and leave your imagination do the rest.

I have to say I'm not good with this kind of things I'm sure you can make them look a lot better :) but you can use cherries, chocolate, jelly, caramel, etc.
